We specialize in fine jewelry, including natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, lab-created stones, opals, and precious gemstones.

While we strive for accuracy, all product descriptions, images, specifications, weights, and certifications are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly due to the nature of precious materials.

Each product page clearly specifies:

  • Metal type and purity

  • Stone type (natural, lab-grown, lab-created)

  • Certification (where applicable)

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or verification requirements.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may fluctuate based on precious metal markets, diamond pricing, or exchange rates.

  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, American Express, and other methods displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is successfully received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy

Due to the high-value and customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted after purchase.

An exchange may be considered only in the following case:

  • The item received is incorrect or defective upon delivery.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item is reviewed by a specialized team

  • Item is sent back to an accredited laboratory for verification of diamonds and gemstones

Laboratory verification costs are borne by the customer and are approximately USD 500.
