Q: “What materials are used in your jewelry?”

Our jewelry is crafted using carefully selected, high-quality materials, depending on the type of piece:


  • Natural diamond jewelry is set exclusively in 18K gold.

  • Lab-grown and lab-created diamond jewelry is crafted using 18K or 14K or 9K gold, depending on the design.

  • Opal jewelry is made with sterling silver, finished with rhodium plating for enhanced durability and shine.

Q: “Can I customize a jewelry piece?”

Yes.

We offer custom-made jewelry services, including stone selection, metal choice, sizing, and design personalization.

Custom orders typically take 10–21 business days, depending on the design complexity and stone availability.

Q: “Is my payment secure?”

Absolutely.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways, ensuring your personal and financial information is fully protected.

Q: “What payment methods do you accept?”

We accept major credit/debit cards/Tabby/Tamara, selected digital wallets, and other payment options available at checkout.

Q: “Can I return or exchange my order?”

Due to the precious and high-value nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns after purchase.

Exchanges may be considered only under the following conditions:


  • The item received is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect.

  • The piece must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.

  • The exchange must be for an item of equal or higher value.

All exchange requests are reviewed by a dedicated evaluation team.

If approved, the item will be sent back to an independent laboratory for verification of the diamonds and gemstones.

The laboratory verification and handling cost is borne by the customer and is approximately USD 500.

This policy ensures the highest level of authenticity, security, and fairness for all our clients.

Q: “What if my item arrives damaged?”

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
