    Return Policy

    We do not accept returns unless the product does not match your purchase order. In such cases, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • Order Cancellations: We only accept order cancellations if there is an error in the order listing. Please review your order details carefully before completion.

    Final Sales Policy

    Due to the nature and value of our jewelry and diamond products, all sales are final. We do not accept product returns, but we do allow exchanges under certain conditions outlined below.

    Custom and Personalized Products

    • Custom-made and Engraved Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We take pride in crafting unique pieces tailored to our customers' preferences.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to repair or replace the product if required.

    • Assessment: If the damage occurred prior to receipt, we will cover the repair or replacement costs and associated shipping.

    Quality and Authenticity Guarantee

    Every piece of our jewelry is certified by globally recognized institutions like GIA, IGI, and IGL to ensure its authenticity and quality. Each piece undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection before shipping to ensure you receive a product that meets our high standards.

    Exchange Policy

    As fine jewelry is a long-term investment, we offer the following exchange options based on the product's purchase date:

    1. Diamond Jewelry Exchanges:

    • Within 30 Days of Purchase:

      • Diamond jewelry can be exchanged for the same purchase value or higher with payment of the price difference if applicable.
      • Laboratory Inspection: The item must be returned for inspection to ensure no stones have been replaced or altered. The inspection costs $490 and takes 15 business days.
      • Use Fees: If the item has been used, 18% of the value will be deducted to cover restoration fees like polishing.
    • From 30 Days to 2 Years from Purchase Date:

      • Exchanges for diamond jewelry of the same value or higher are accepted, with payment of any price difference.
      • Inspection: The item must be inspected at a cost of $490. If used, 20% of the value will be deducted.
    • From 2 to 3 Years from Purchase Date:

      • Exchanges of the same or higher value are accepted, with payment of the price difference.
      • Inspection: Laboratory inspection is required at a cost of $490, and 25%-30% will be deducted if the item has been used.
    • From 4 to 7 Years from Purchase Date:

      • Exchanges for the same or higher value are accepted with payment of the price difference.
      • Inspection and Evaluation: The item must undergo laboratory inspection, which costs $490 and takes 15 business days. If used, 35%-45% will be deducted.

    2. Gold, Silver, Bullion, and Gemstone Jewelry:

    All sales for gold jewelry, silver, bullion, and gemstones are final. These products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their fluctuating market value.

    Non-Refundable Items

    • Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
    • Special Orders: This includes products ordered to meet specific customer requests, such as custom designs or sizes.
    • Clearance and Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during a sale are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Policy Acknowledgment

    • Customer Agreement: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this non-return policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all order details before confirming the purchase.
