- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a repair or replacement if necessary.

4. Authenticity and Quality Assurance

- All of our products are Examined and Certified GIA, IGI, IGL. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products. Each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

- All gift cards, special order items, and sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
